Welcome to Orvena Design (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of orvenadesign.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of any templates or digital products (the “Products”) from us. By placing an order or using this Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are
Orvena Design sells premium, editable Canva templates designed for service-based businesses (currently focused on the beauty industry, including hair salons, nail salons, lash studios, spas, barbers, estheticians, and massage therapists).
2. Nature of Our Products
All Products sold on this Site are digital, downloadable templates designed for use in Canva. No physical items are shipped. Upon completing a purchase, you will receive:
- Instant access to a downloadable file containing a link to the Canva template, and/or
- A direct link to a Canva template designed to be duplicated into your own Canva account.
You must have (or create) a free or paid Canva account to use our templates. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Canva Pty Ltd.
3. License to Use
When you purchase a template from Orvena Design, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Use the template to create designs for your own business or your clients’ businesses (if you are a designer creating work on behalf of a client).
- Edit, customize, and print the resulting designs for your own commercial use (e.g., printing business cards, posting social media graphics).
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense the template file or Canva link itself, in original or lightly edited form, as a standalone product (e.g., reselling it on another template marketplace).
- Claim the underlying template design as your own original creation for resale purposes.
- Share your purchased template link publicly in a way that allows others to obtain it for free.

4. Account & Access
Some features (such as viewing past orders or re-downloading files) may require a customer account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout via our payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details.
6. Digital Delivery
Because our Products are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, please see our separate Refund Policy for details on when refunds are (and are not) available.
7. Intellectual Property
All template designs, graphics, and site content are the intellectual property of Orvena Design unless otherwise stated, and are protected by copyright law. Purchasing a template grants you a license to use it as described in Section 3 — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying design.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orvena Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Products, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim relating to a Product is limited to the amount you paid for that Product.
9. Third-Party Services
Our templates are designed for use within Canva, a third-party platform we do not control or operate. We are not responsible for changes Canva makes to its platform, pricing, or features that may affect your use of our templates.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
